A neologism for “moment, instant” coined by Tamas Ferencz based on √STEN “short”. I would assume this is a very brief period of time, so that senwa “instant” < lumincë “a light while, *minute” < lúmë “(period of) time, hour”. For an exact “second” I would use [ᴺQ.] atsat
