A neologism for a “driving or driver’s license” coined by Chaered posted on 2025-08-22 in the Vinyë Lambengolmor Discord Server (VLDS), a combination of norta- “make run” = “drive” and néme “permission”. Some people are uncomfortable with néme given later nem- “seem”, and prefer lávë for “permission” instead based on lav- “allow”.
