A neologism for “meticulous” coined by Orondil posted on 2024-09-21 in the Vinyë Lambengolmor Discord Server (VLDS), a combination of ᴺQ. nihta “bit, piece” and an adjectival form of tir- “watch”, so more literally “bit-watching” as in paying attention to the little bits.
