ᴱQ. túvima adj. “acceptable” (Category: to Get, Obtain)

⚠️ᴱQ. túvima, adj. “acceptable” (Category: to Get, Obtain)
ᴺQ. !cávima “acceptable”
Q. túvima “discoverable”

A word appearing as ᴱQ. tūvima “acceptable” in the Qenya Lexicon of the 1910s based in the verb ᴱQ. tuvu- “receive, accept” (QL/96).

Neo-Quenya: For purposes of Neo-Quenya I would update this adjective to ᴺQ. cávima “acceptable” based on the later verb cav- “receive, *accept”, especially since túvima was glossed “discoverable” in Tolkien’s later writings (PE22/155). In his Neo-Quenya New Testament (NQNT) Helge Fauskanger instead had ᴺQ. maicámima “acceptable” (lit. “well-receivable”) based on the alternate verb form cam- “receive”.
