A verb in The Etymologies of the 1930s appearing in its [Noldorin] infinitive form bauglo- “to oppress” under the root ᴹ√MBAW “compel, force, subject, oppress” (Ety/MBAW; EtyAC/MBAW). Parmandil suggested it may also mean “*constrain” based on Bauglir “Constrainer” (LR/206).
