G. cingra- v. “to plait” (Category: Hair (other))
A verb in the Gnomish Lexicon of the 1910s glossed “to plait” (GL/26). It might be related to the early root ᴱ√KANGA [KAŊA] “weave” (QL/45) since short syllabic ṇ became in in Gnomish, so perhaps *kŋ̣gra- > *cingra-.
