A word for “person” in Quenya Verbal System (QVS) from 1948 based on the existential verb ᴹQ. ea-, hence perhaps originally “*being” (PE22/123). It may be specifically masculine, since Tolkien gave a distinct feminine form ᴹQ. ennie.
Neo-Quenya: For purposes of Neo-Quenya, I’d use later (genderless) forms like quén “person” or námo “somebody” instead.
