A neologism coined by Gilruin and Quirinius (@@@ check), posted on 2022-03-27 in the Vinyë Lambengolmor Discord Server (VLDS) as the Sindarin equivalent of Q. tyulma “mast” as derived from primitive ᴹ✶tyulmā. If you instead assume that the primitive form is ✶kyulmā as it was in Tolkien’s later writing, then the (Neo) Sindarin form would be [ᴺS.] colf, but I prefer tolf for better compatibility with attested words like [N.] tulus “poplar” from the same root.
